1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the Reliance Security Services website and to enquiries made through it. By accessing our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. Specific engagements for security or manpower services are governed by the written agreement or work order signed between Reliance Security Services and the client, which prevails over these Terms in case of any conflict.

2. Our Services

Reliance Security Services provides security and manpower solutions, including security guard services, bouncer services, executive protection, armed security, housekeeping, gardening and event security, across Delhi, NCR, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Service availability may vary by location and requirement.

3. Quotations and Enquiries

• Enquiries made through our website, phone or WhatsApp do not create a binding contract.
• Quotations are prepared after understanding your site and requirement, and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.
• Deployment schedules, manpower strength and pricing are confirmed only in a written agreement or work order.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the site, risks and operational requirements
• Provide safe working conditions and reasonable facilities for deployed personnel
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement
• Inform us promptly of any incident, complaint or change in requirement

5. Our Commitments

• Deployment of trained and verified personnel suited to the assignment
• Supervision, surprise checks and replacement or reliever support
• Compliance with applicable labour and statutory requirements, including ESI and PF, for our personnel
• Confidential handling of client site information and security plans

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are preventive and supervisory in nature. While we deploy trained personnel and follow professional practices, we do not guarantee that no loss, theft or incident will ever occur. Our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the extent set out in the signed service agreement for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content to mislead others.
• Logos, text and images on this website belong to Reliance Security Services or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

9. Termination of Engagements

Either party may end a service engagement in accordance with the notice period and conditions stated in the signed agreement. Dues for services already rendered remain payable up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all service engagements are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
